Clothing retailer American Apparel has launched three new merchant stores on Amazon Marketplace in the UK, Germany and Japan.

The three new stores follow the success of American Apparel's US deal with e-Commerce retailer Amazon, which launched in 2010.

The Los Angeles-based retailer has launched these stores in order to reach out to customers who are new to American Apparel and its products.

American Apparel's new stores in Japan, Germany, and the UK can be assed at: www.amazon.co.jp, www.amazon.de and www.amazon.co.uk.

Full product line of the retailer will be available on Amazon, in addition to occasional promotions and offers.

Orders will be processed and shipped from American Apparel's vertically-integrated headquarters in Los Angeles.

The company said it will offer free shipping for British orders over ?100, German orders over ?100, and Japanese orders over JPY7,500.

In addition to its four Amazon stores, American Apparel also operates its own 12 regional web stores and recently launched a mobile store in Japan.
